This is one of the easier vegetables to grow. All you need is a colander and pail and you can start by soaking the kangkung seeds for about 30 hours. After that, drain out the water and place the seeds in a fine colander.

Fill up the pail with water and place the colander on top. Cover the seeds for about 2 – 3 days and you should start to see them sprouting. Then put it under sunlight. Kangkung absorbs a lot of water so keep the water level in check. You should be able to harvest in 3 weeks.
