Topped with fruity pebbles, marsh mellow, and (quite surprisingly) dash of flames, the Flaming Unicorn is definitely a one-of-a-kind dessert at the bazaar.
Loco Loco

Love durian? How about Churros? Both of your favourite things are combined into a chewy treat with Loco Loco’s durian churros! These Churros are covered with tantalising durian sauce – an irresistible treat for those who can’t wait for the durian season.

Why limit to yourself with just drinks in a cup when you can have whole chunks of ribs in a cup? WORD’s Gangster Ribs in a cup comes with Briyani or fries – whichever you fancy – and you can even choose between lamb and beef ribs. Word cafe has been known to make head turning and headline grabbing treats so why not give their goodies a try at Geylang Serai this year?

Chickaboom’s chicken chop cubes are the perfect bites at a food bazar – it’s savoury but not too filling. You can choose between garlic butter, chilli crab, aligot, and other sauces to drizzle your cubed chicken chop in.

These drinks are… smokin’ – literally. For just $4.50, The Daily Menu Co’s Mango Fizz will make you feel as though you’re drinking a potion from a magical world.

Cool down with Happy Rollies’ Rainbow Paddle Pop Snow-Bowl. Paddle pop iced shavings are covered in rainbow rice and chocolate sauce – definitely a pretty dessert for the gram.
Beef Bro Blow Torch Grill

Owned by local actor Daniel Ashriq, Beef Bro Blow Torch Grill makes its first appearance at the bazaar this year! Featuring premium flaming Australian rump beef steak, the mentaiko beef cubes need to be on your list of foods to try when you’re at Geyland Serai.
Hyde & Co.

“Does Crispy Rendang even exist?” Well, it does now. Have a taste of what Crispy Rendang tastes like with Hyde & Co at the Ramadan Bazaar! Crispy chicken drumstick is drizzled with rendang sauce and ketupat (rice dumpling) and emping belinjo – it already sounds heavenly.
UYI Savoury Squids

Sometimes, more is more. UYI Savoury Squids’s large Krispy Sotong is something to look forward to at the bazaar. It’s tender on the inside and deep fried to perfection!

Wash down the deep fried and savoury treats with a refreshing Super Mango smoothie-dessert! Topped with whipped cream, mango slices, and mango ice cream, this refreshing dessert can be shared between two or three.
